We partnered with Agua Caliente Casinos to rebrand and relaunch the Player Card program for two casinos owned by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage, California. What we realized we had on our hands was a disjointed brand identity that would benefit from a top down approach. We created a new identity and tagline for a unified brand structure, Agua Caliente Casinos, which eliminated market confusion and created more efficient media strategies. At the onset of our rebranding project, we quickly determined that Agua needed to up their social media game. Their fan base was lower than all of their competitors and their aesthetic looked like every other casino. We implemented a new strategy to overhaul their brand on social and implemented an influencer program to capture LA vacationers and gamers. In less that 8 months, we attained extraordinary results: doubling, and in some cases tripling, measurement on insights with a cohesive and engaging visual landscape that is truly representative of the brand.
